Giving authority to police ultimately leads to corruption only....
One of my neighbour who is no more in this world now, got arrested in 2019 for a case registered in 2008

He was witness of one of the property deal, but in 2019 when police caught him we came to know he has signed on more than 200+ property deal as a witness and that piece of land was govt's land

When he was arrested, police asked for ₹25, 000, but deep down he knew he has not done anything. He believed in the justice system but and got the bail after 25 months

In between his health deteriorated so much that after he came out of jail, he died within 3 months :(

Nowadays Arrests are politically Motivated, In such cases police will be under pressure & only anticipatory bail can help avoid arrest

This itself creates a loophole where police will decide whether to arrest or not in bailable or non-bailable case.

Please make a video on the subject, "can I trust in a lawyer?"

Hello sir. Could you please make a video clarifying whether the police is constitutionally obligated to protect a person when the person is getting physically assaulted or are they only obliged to protect the persons under police custody? If no, what measures can a layman take in such a situation without incurring the penalty of law? Thanks in advance!

Wrong advice. ALWAYS get anticipatory bail. If police were so trustworthy and reasonable, they wouldn't register the FIR to begin with.

If the cops have been bribed well, you will be land in jail before you know an FIR has been lodged...imagine getting arrested on saturday evening, its sure you will remain detained for at least 36 hours🤣

Sir, thanks a lot for making law very interesting for common people like me, who are not from a legal background.
If possible, could you please let us know some of the dark secrets you came across, as a lawyer?
