False F.I.R against me: When do I get to show my proof?

We need a law, which makes stare and police accountable and the person who is subject to discrimination, must be entitled for compensation

I don't think this happens in case of non-bailable offense. People get arrested and it takes months to get out of jail, then police don't accept any complaints, you waste you money for quashing fir. But it gets rejected immediately.

I wonder, should all men take precautions before engaging in sexual relationships with women? And what kind of evidences can be admitted if false rape case is filed? Voice recording for consent? A signed document with consent? Video recording of the girl giving consent before sex? Or The actual live voice recordings of the act? These things happen behind closed doors. So how will the accused fight against false rape cases?

How can we ask the Court of Law to request for dismissal of Police personnel who filed fake & misleading FIR.

Sir what to do if someone’s girlfriend committed suicide. Suicide note also found and even cctvs are there in the entrance of flat where she committed suicide andwithout any fault of boy, family is blaming boy and file applications of 156 from court for investigation under 376 302 and many more section. Now he is harassing by her family and police what should he do. 🥹🥹
