As a Japanese, I feel obliged to point out that the "や" shown as an example of katakana is hiragana. The correct character is "ヤ".

Congrats! As a Japanese person, I still do not know Japanese completely, and this is normal. 99% of the people in Japan do not completely know all the Kanji and the words. Your progress is very impressive.

As Japanese, I am glad to know that many people from foreign country make effort to learn our language from this chat.
We know Japanese is difficult language because we sometimes face to unknown Kanji and expression. Moreover, we mistake the grammar even though it’s our native language 😅
