From the very recent videos to this one so far, it's absolutely amazing how much you have improved, whether it is the format, the normals' cooking, the production or the dad jokes, kudos for the amazing channel Sorted Food team! The batter thing can also be used as a fat separator. After roasting, for example, you pour all of the liquid from the pan in there. let it settle for a minute or two, and the fat goes to the bottom, so you can easily discard/save most of it, before adding the pan juices back in for lovely gravy/pan sauce.
