Labour councillor Ricky Jones has been suspended and arrested on suspicion of encouraging murder after comments made at an anti-racist protest in London.

That definitely crosses the line. There should be no difficulty getting the evidence. I hope they do expedite his prosecution to show people the law is being applied fairly to help stop this impression people have that it isn't.
