Hi, I use Windows 10. I got as far as "" after the "reagentc /enable", Troubleshoot, Advanced options, and Command Prompt but I didn't get the black screen. Instead, it asked for my Key and the screen froze. I had to shut down manually. I'm back to square one. If you can offer any ideas, I'd appreciate it. Thank you.
