Nothing is working for me. I have tried every option, even attempting to boot into safe mode, but nothing works. It takes me to a black screen, flashes a desktop app or something, and then brings me back to the "choose an option" screen with continue, troubleshoot, or turn off your pc as the options.

Mine shows msi military class 4 mother board when I refreshed it

I tried to reset my PC and I clicked just remove files and it stayed on 64% so I let it stay. Then It did the load black screen load thing. Please help me.
