Option 1- None of these methods worked for me, and I contacted Microsoft about this issue and they told me this. Right click on the windows icon on the bottom left corner and go to Settings>Update & Security> then install the latest updates. Once you install the latest updates it should fix the problem. This works 99% of the time.

Option 2- If you are still having this issue, no worries! Just download the windows 10 media tool and create a bootable usb drive for the windows 10 setup. Then go to the custom installation option in the setup (after booting up to the usb drive via boot manager). And delete ALL drives and you should end up with only one drive that you can’t delete. Just click next and then windows 10 will be freshly installed on your pc. From there, your issue will be 10/10 solved just make sure to install the latest updates.

I'm less annoyed by the work, but more annoyed at the fact that I have to fix a reset button. Why the hell does a function that acts to terminate and revert a corrupted/overloaded system to its original settings needed for its systems to fully work before the reset? It defeats the purpose of having the reset button in the first place.

Okay so I did solution 2 and it said "Window resource protection could not start the repair service."....what the heck do I do now?

Everything would work fine, until that bastard showed up. "Resetting PC 1%" it would stay there for like 30 mins, then suddenly the advanced options pops up from nowhere, and I have no choice but to press continue to windows 10.
