A quick fix for refresh problem in SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)

In some versions of SQL server and specifically in 2019 express version users face an issue in seeing content of other tabs in their active tab. For example if they navigate to a query tab from another tab or window (like their table) they see that their screen does not refresh to show the actual content.
