When you see Blumhouse you know that this is either going to be an absolute masterpiece of a movie, or the worst abomination you've ever seen in your entire life. There is no in-between! That's why I'm forever gonna love Blumhouse.

The pitch must have been "But I'm a Cheerleader" meets "Friday the 13th" hosted by Kevin Bacon

😂 This actually looks like more a comedy then a horror

I can’t remember the last time a movie trailer made me this depressed and confused

How has no one come up with a horror film about a conversion camp until now?

The only consistent thing in this trailer is the lgbtq theme. First it looks like a psychological thriller then it looks like it might be a bit supernatural and then it's a slasher for no reason. This feels like one of those movies where the writers were more interested in making a statement than an actual film.

Basically "They" the teenagers, or the survivors, turn from victims to assailants and towards the end "They" slash and murder the evil camp staff. That's the twist. That's probably the movie.

It was okay with expressing the horrors of a conversion camp, but the slasher was just unnecessary

I can't wait for people to be offended by this for not including enough pronouns

I think this concept was kinda wasted on making it a slasher tbh, even though the "they slash them" pun is kinda funny.

A psychological horror film about how abusive and horrifying conversion camps are sounds like a great idea, but the crazy murderer part kinda cheapens it imo.

How does a non-binary samurai kill people?

The killer should have misgendeded them. The film would have been scarier.

I can't tell what this movie's stances are, really, and I think that's because it doesn't have any.
