I've never felt physical pain watching a movie - until now. I also happen to have a fear of heights. It's a great story about the difference between courage and foolhardiness. Conquering fear can be a great strength, but it's fair to observe that fear usually keeps you from doing things like climbing a 2, 000-tower in the middle of nowhere with no knowledge of what kind of shape said tower is in (rusted screws, loose bolts), whether cellular coverage is available above a certain height and no on-the-ground support in case something goes wrong.

Literally just tell someone you are climbing the tower (before hand) and if your not back by this time, or made contact by then, they send help. Whole movie solved.

I love how these movies always need to defy tons of logic to work. All of the safety preparation that goes into a climb somehow amounts for zero the second any of it is needed. Brilliant.

This kind of reminds me of Frozen (the 2010 thriller, not the 2013 animated movie). Great movie if you've never seen it. It's about a couple of people trapped on a ski lift after it shuts down. Too far to drop and even if they do, there are wolves prowling around. Similar "how do they get out of this alive?" premise. And this looks pretty solid.

The trailer certainly gives a lot of the plot away, what it doesn't tell you is, the tower is in area51 and aliens eventually rescue them...a plot twist I wasn't expecting

As someone who works as a tower inspector this is literally our worst nightmare
