Thanks for the slow cooker ideas, they look yummy. Since the beef enchiladas have extra steps, but tastes great, I'd double it and make 2 or 3 pans and put some in the freezer for later. Have a great day Jill.

I've started using fire roasted tomatoes 🍅 with garlic and fire roasted salsa in my chili made in the crackpot with Italian sausage (ground) and chorizo its different and good! You could put it over pasta with cheese on top I use the frozen peppers 🌶 and onions saves time tastes fine to me. Thanks for sharing
