Hi ,in this video I am going to show How to make Solar Mobile charger. This is a small project for emergency or camping.

The materials I used - 5 volt 1w solar panel and a power bank charging circuit.
For some problem I can not put link but you can get from online or local market.

A better alternative would be to have it charge a couple batteries, than you charge your phone from the reserve you have saved up.

I calculated this it produces 0, 2 mA per hour you are not gonna charge your phone with this

too low amps will damage your phone and battery, too high will make it explode, constantly varying input will short your phone and turn into a brick, you need a constant steady source like a battery power bank. this is like a last resort if you dont have any other power source

Ya, very simple. It would take forever, like 10 time more then your computer. so if your computer can charge your phone on USB 2.0 just over 1 hour, then it would take over 10 hours to charge your phone, and that if your phone is not using more mA/hour then this solar panel provides and hope it's a clear sunny day, if, it will take long.

Im not very informed in circuit boards nor electricity in general, sorry for asking if its a dumb question but can I use the usb port from a regular wall adapter or it just can be done with the power bank port??

I'm 100 percent certain that phone will never get fully charged. It will only indicate that it's charging.

modern phone has a 5000ma battery this will put in 500ma at best per day so you need eternity for a charge.

what about the current rattin usually we preffer 2A charger that charges fast....but in solar panels does the current ratting not affect?
