I have same panel, same in4007 diod use, but after diod use panel give volt.30 and mobile not charging.

the first mistake is that you soldered the diode wrong. the end with grey color should be the attached to positive terminal

Panel max amp=60mAh
Panel volt=4 or high
Watts=4*.06
=0.24 watts

Phone battery capacity (i take 4000 mAh)
4000=4Ah
Battery volt=3.7
Watts stored in battery=3.7*4
=14.8

Time taken to charge =14.8/.24=61.66 hrs
61/24 = 254 hours
10 days(*24 hours includes nights😂)
Daytime=5-6hrs
254/6 (*taking 6hours)
Total days to charge a phone

= 42 DAYS
