Just wanna let people know if there are nasty rude comments they’ll be deleted and the person blocked. This is my personal experience I was putting out there for people to hear. If you disagree that’s fine you free to say that. All these rainbow sales people are taking it as a personal attack and insulting me and being nasty. It’s unnecessary and won’t be tolerated. Thanks 👍🏻 the rest of us can behave like adults.

Two months ago I finally purchased my brand new Rainbow SRX vacuum system with most of all the bells & whistles (accessories & attachments). I can say that I did have to detransition from slamming a Bissell upright around the house for a solid two decades to utilizing this industrial strength/quality Rainbow vacuum system. Totally happy that I did and it is well worth it. Few of the first differences I've noticed after using the Rainbow was that it's not as loud when on, the carpet looks so much nicer, and best of all, freshly dusted surfaces don't happen to gather another layer of dust.after vacuuming. I'm glad I bought it.

So many "salesmen and women" in the comments acting like satisfied customers. 😆

My family has had rainbow vacs for years—my great aunt still uses her 1960s era “D” model. My grandparents, parents, sister, and I are still using our 90s era D4C/SE models.

Back in the day they were the most hypoallergenic vacs out there. With the advent of better filter mediums (HEPA filters), that’s not so much the case these days. And there are vacs out there that suck WAY better these days.

I bought mine for $40 off of Craigslist and then rebuilt it. It works great. BUT, I’d never pay the exorbitant price they want you to pay new.

Great vid, and there’s nothing wrong with the 7am look! Thanks for your input into the sales practices of Rexair, I couldn’t agree more!

I got one Monday. I didn’t like it and they won’t let me return it. My distributor ignored all my calls and texts until my 3 day Grace period to return it was over. I’m in the process of handling it. I’ve contacted headquarters and the local store. It’s ridiculous.

I’m sorry you feel this way with this amazing vacuum. I grow up with Rainbow in my house, I was a severe asthma patient and from the day 1 we start cleaning with this my asthma reduce a 60%. I’m 42 and the last one we bought was 13 years ago And still working amazing with no issue at all. We have 3 Great Pyrenees and a cat. So we used it at least one time a day because the fur is incredible. We change our carpet after 4 years we bought a brand new home, and when the guys removed the carpet they was impressed how my carpet not have the dust like they used too. So I know Rainbow for 42 years because I grow up with one all the time and in all this years we just bought 2 different series because is a little expensive but you will used for years and years to come. So really is not that expensive you said that you have 4 different vaccum to do your job. So can you imagine how many vacuum you will need to buy in 12 years?

My honest opinion is that Rainbow is not for everyone, but the people that have it is impossible not to love it.

I’m not a sales rep I’m just a client that really know about the equipment for ever. And is the best no Kirby, no dyson, no shark, no bissel, no one compared with this.

14 Rainbow sales reps do not approve. Lol. I totally agree with your entire explanation. I know a couple who made their way up “the ladder”. They got a plaque after the 100th sale lol. They were so proud of that lol. Like really far up the ladder. Manufacturing cost for this machine was about $35. Probably lower by now. This cost is circa 2004-2006. This is how they are able to sell the way they do. The product itself is very sub-par. All you have to do is ask yourself why other companies haven’t produced a water chamber vacuum? Rainbow has been on the market for a very long time. The technology hasn’t even evolved that much in 30 plus years. They used to target the elderly. They have raped and pillaged thru the boomers and now are having to expand. They (being the people I knew) used to feel bad about pushing a product that’s harder to use on a 70 year old couple than what they already had to use. But cash is king. Integrity is lost. People will swear by them and die on the hill proclaiming they are the best. But in reality your just trying to justify getting ponzied on your $3000 plus purchase.

I nearly applied for a job opening for this company and quickly discovered the pyramid scheme going on just from posters on the inside when I was invited to said interview. I'm willing to bet most of the comments here talking about how they've "owned one for years!" are most likely people spamming good words about it to make the scheme seem legitimate. I'm sorry that this all happened to you. 😞

Not going to lie. I used to sell these. I bought one on my own but sold it not long after. I was put in by having someone just bring me in and working for the dude. It was fun at first and I believed everything. They were located in a small county and I just felt like everyone was getting one in the south. The thing they don’t tell you is that you have 3 days to return this vacuum if you do not like it. If they can’t get your approved they will run your credit over and over again. Especially if you do the 12 friends thing. The APR is over 20%. If you don’t get your 12 friends and it past the 3 days and you don’t want to do the program anymore you still have to pay for the Vacuum. You have to have the 12 couples friend that own their own home. And on top of that you need at-least 2 friend couples to buy them but they have to be a 1st line credit. So they have to get approved with the original rainbow finance. This requires for them to have Good to Excellent credit. These things do have HEPA filters in them it not just the water purifying it 😂. So you still have to get maintenance done on it. Also, If you are interested in buying one and are thinking of scheduling a demo and are committed. Go ahead and have about 3, 000 cash. And talk to the sales man that you want to buy it out right and in full but want a discount with it. You will go back and forth negotiating but you will save yourself about 1200 in interest rate and such. It so much cheaper that way. Don’t do the 12 friends route because you will lose friends in the process of this. Can’t blame them for not wanting to buy something for you to get yours for free. You are basically putting them in financial trouble. So make sure you got 3K in cash and negotiate with that man if you really want one. Talk to your partner about it also. Don’t ever go the finance way with the machine. The scheme is to make you fall in love with it that first day and then after that is how people end up buying it. Also FYI people. When people don’t buy these machines and we use them. We clean them up and go and try to sell it to the next person. So if you want one but don’t want to pay 3000 flat out right but really want one. Go ahead and turn to Facebook marketplace or Mecari or something and buy one used for about $1000 or $1500. So much cheaper that way also :).

I'm from Canada and my wife bought one for $2, 200 and I was so mad coz you can buy 2 Dyson V10 + 2 HONEYWELL Air Purifier + you can buy Air Humidifier for 4 room and you still have money left in your pocket!

We had a Rainbow growing up. It was cool but Ii was a pain to have to drag it around and filling the basin and dumping it out was more work. I recently was asked to participate in a demo by a family member. I just agreed and told her that I won’t buy it but she can demo it for me if she just needs a body to demo to. Thanks for the heads up on the 2-3 hour demo. May have to cancel on that demo.

Interesting sharing🥰. We bought a Rainbow from a young Dialysis patient at my Mom’s Dialysis. I was Impressed during the Demo……Our friend from Dialysis did the Demo. I loooove cleaning my Mattress with it……and seeing what it pulls out. They demo’d the Rainbow on an Episode of “Everybody Loves Raymond”…….That was a FUNNY Episode. Ok, Thanks for sharing. Was actually looking for Youtubes on how to Clean it….After so many years. God Bless you and your Family🥰

I forgot to say I know a lot about carpet cleaning appliances, Vacuum’s to. The Rainbow isn’t the only vacuum that doesn’t leak dust and filters the air at such a high level. A high performance bagged vacuum with a sealed system and a true hepa filter achieves the same thing. Sure it might lose a little bit of airflow as the bag fills, but if the bag is the HEPA cloth type and it is changed on time, it won’t lose enough to be ineffective. A Miele C3 canister or Sebo Vacuum are both sealed system, high quality vacs with excellent purification capabilities. Both brands build their machines to last for 20 years or so and average $800. Sebo’s are a lot more user friendly to change wear and tear items, but they don’t need repairing often. Essentially they work just as well as a Rainbow but for $3, 000 less.

Rainbow has been around for YEARS! We have a rainbow vacuum and love it. No problems with picking stuff up on the carpet, always does a great job for us! Also, the shampooer attachment only has 2 pieces, base and water/shampoo basin.
Also, one thing not mentioned is that you can vacuum up dry OR wet things. Sick kid all over the carpet, no problem. Maybe the approach of selling isn’t your favorite, but it’s not all bad.

WOW!!! We just bought 2 last night, but it was NOTHING like that!!!! They came and demo'd it.... and we liked it, and they told us if we paid up front we could get $500 off... but the original price was $3200... We bought two and paid cash, so we got $1000 off of both, and then free tools... but it was very straightforward. I doubt it's the Rainbow company... It's the people you were dealing with, unfortunately. I bought a Rainbow like 30 years ago... and it's still running GREAT! Just wanted a new one. If it wasn't picking up well, there is a vent on the actual cleaner that switches on and off in order to clean drapes, etc... and that mode doesn't have too much suction... however, in regular mode, it will pick up what a shop vac picks up! LOL

I was skeptical when my friend asked me to look at it for them. They came into my house and I didn’t want to see it but by the end I was shocked and I knew there was no way I would leave my house without one of these. The way the house feels and smells now is a total game changer. I’ve only had to replace my AC filter once in 15 months and it was still pretty clean! Normally I have to change it every 30 days and it’s disgusting. We went through the program and got a rainbow for free as did a lot of my other friends. So it’s definitely not a scam. We also got a whole bunch of free stuff with it to! I don’t understand how anyone can look at one of these and not get one and tell their friends about it. It totally helps people with allergies and breathing problems plus they get a free air cleaner just for looking. All my friends loved it. Especially with all this Covid stuff going on I wanted to make sure all my friends knew about this. If you get an opportunity to see one you owe it to your family to do so.
