why we consider the pressure applied on the dF element is h.rho.g
while the pressure is made by the water + material of the plane surface .. why should we consider only density of the liquid?

how can vertical plane submerge will form pressure could you explain it for me I mean its obvious if we submerge horizontal surface on it can creates pressure due to its weight at fixed depth which finally give as P=pgh on horizontal plane but even during hydrostatic of fluid when it's not on movement what type force create on horizontal which exert pressure vertical plane surface
