Imo, the people hating dont understand that we are the play testers. Devs can test things out for years and it wouldnt come close to a week of the “world” playing. Theyll tweak the things that nees tweaked. And just because its THE new map doesnt mean it has to be the best, its different from the others.. every map has its a unique feel. That’s how it should be.

There’s a big land tank at the harbor/container area in the Capital that can spawn NVGs and KAM

There is a static helicrash north of airfield spawning akms, vsds and vs-98s, found it several times on vanilla

Be mindful.
The generator for the bunker runs for about 30 mins. When I run back to open the next door, I refuel it.
Make sure carry backpack and get the items faster, then short out in the main area. Just incase doors 1-4 close on you.
Also, pull out the glow plug when done.

I've only been playing official sakhal since it came it and I've been enjoying it a lot. The only thing I don't like is how the common Jump is so drastic, go from sk and scorpion to vsd and 75rnd kam lol

Hey WOBO, I once found an AKM on PS official server at a crashed helicopter in the woods just above Nogovo, was that drop or does it spawn tier 4?

The only thing I’d fix on the new map is how many boats spawn. By now it’s almost impossible to join a server and find a boat on the coast because most servers have clans that have like 6-10 boats on a island that is only accessible by a boat and they only use 2 of them at any time. They hoard all the boats so that no player can access their island base and they get free rein of all the crates. They should do something ASAP to address this.

The map is sweet af, i just cant find a sharpening stone or a gun cleaning kit. I see someone say that there is a max spawn amout for each item, so could all the gun cleaning kits be on people or in stashes? Love the videos dude, they have really help me accelerat my dayz progression

May I ask what the NBC clothing might be worth for? Altough in white color now, I do no see any use of it - and I am wondering why these are spawning in Tier "Special" (instead of Medic "all Tiers" or where else less useful equipment spawns in.

I’ve got a question I hope that you will be able to answer. I’ve recently noticed the item description for tree bark now says changes colors when submerged in water. Is it now possible to craft a type of dye using tree bark? I did some experimenting with 8/8 bark and a cooking pot to no avail. Could not find a barrel easily as I am on console. Any idea why the description says this? I know dyes can be made on modded servers but this was on official aswell I noticed the description. Hope you have an answer for me since you are the dayz wiki in the flesh 😉

But Mosins spawn often with ammo inside the rifle...so u can be lucky and find a loaded Mosin in Tier1
