DIY , attachments, Front blade, rear grader blade, dirt buster , trencher. Home made
This was a John Deere I bought used about 4 years ago. It has a Kohler 16hp Engine, K62 rear axle. This used the same drive unit as the garden tractor that was a notch above this at the time. The only difference was this one doesn’t have the lugs on the tires and tires are a little smaller. The 3 point hitch has been the most useful part and has saved a lot of backbreaking work! Thanks for share! It´s a great improvment that you made for the tractor.

That's awesome. I need a welder. I took a welding class at communuity college before I joined the Marines. I have pondered about going to welding school again just to learn for home and farm use. Redneck ingenuity is built to last, I'll take that over any Crapsman today.

The winch on the rear has a better ratio for lifting and lowering than the front winch which could do with a reduction or just a pulley block fitted to change it to a slower more controllable adjustment. This is a great system and I like the attachments you have which are similar to what I am looking to make for my ride on mower. I am wanting to make a rear towable blade attachment for leveling area and an edge cutting blade. Great stuff... thanks for the ideas.

Clever way to fill those tires, and use of winches. What would we do without HF?

just curious, if you were to replace the front plow with something like a bobcat bucket (if it weren't too heavy?), do you think it could support the weight of say a small amount of dirt? that would be amazing to have around the house tho, great engineering btw

Don't buy this guys used tractor. Very cool though! It's like a Swiss Army knife of a lawn tractor.
