Agri Fab Disc Harrow Attachment For Your Garden Tractor. A Review And Demonstration

I figured since I had it out and was getting ready to make some rows for the garden that I would make a video covering the Disc Harrow attachment for garden tractors.

If your interested in getting one, here is the link :

Its a handy little tiller replacement that can cut up the big sod clumps produced by turning your garden.
I've even used it to break new ground, but it takes many many passes to get the job done.
I was actually using it to make my rows in this video. that's why the rake was set so tight. It works really good for that task as well. almost as good as a actual hiller.

Thanks for this video, I'm researching discs for my garden tractor and yours has been the best so far. Subbed not only for this, but for supporting a fellow WNC Homesteader!

Great video, looking forward to using my new Husqvarna in the dirt. I just bought the 42 inch snow blower, it's a beast throws like a pro.I want a lawn aerator next. Hopefully will have a fun retirement doing tractor stuff?.

@Fairpointfarms have you ever used this set up in rocky soil?

You have it mounted backwards, the top plate where the blocks go should be parallel to the ground. A single set of discs should push the dirt out, the 2nd set pulls it back in.  Ground is flat when your done.

Great video and great View. I have a suggestion explain what the sleeve hitch actually is. Myself I have never heard that term.

Technical questions. I have a very nice dgt6000 Craftsman tractor with a 26hp Kohler command pro and a beefy looking hydrostatic trans.
The frame on garden tractors from the mid 90s on isn't as heavy as older units.
Assuming your Husqvarna has an hour meter; how many hours of work has it done with ground engaging tools like this and your single point plow vs ez mowing hours? Any stress cracks or mechanical issues? Doesn't sound like hydro is whining much if any working the plow or disk..
I want to use my tractor to make a substantial garden at my home and then offer garden prep as a service through my lawn care business to fill a need in my rural town and fill our bank account before grass cutting season

I'm in the market for a new GT. I do year round maintenance for several housing communities. I have a Kubota Z725 commercial z turn for mowing, and a Kubota 1100rtv for snow plowing and other odd jobs, but you always need a good GT, , I have an agricultural tractor as well with FEL and stone rake..My good old Ford 3910, , big tank but may someday soon upgrade it to an L series Kubota. Anyway regarding your GT. I know the new model is now under the TS name. I am looking into buying the TS348XD with the Kawasaki engine and K66 ground engaging rear end with electronic diff lock. Same as yours basically but with the Kawasaki and a back to the key start ignition and the newest Clear Cut deck. How is the frame on your GT? Does it flex while going over uneven terrain? I only ask as I borrowed a Husqvarna to do some mowing with when my mowing tractor was down last season...But the frame flexed horribly...but to be fair it was not a GT...It was a LGT2654 which is basically a lawn mower only disguised as a light garden tractor....I'm hoping the TS series is heavy duty in the frame department as I don't want to spend almost twice as much money on a X 500 series green machine..thanks for your help...I always need a good GT with implements for many small jobs, and for mowing in hard to get spots that the big z turn would get me in trouble..

Nice video great explanation I’m new to the attachments I’ve used my yard tractor for cutting my grass I’ve been wanting to get a disc harrow or a box scraper for my backyard to remove weeds and other stuff growing it’s a big size in the back and it’s all sand which would you recommend a disc harrow or box scraper?

Isn't that tractor belt driven? Won't the drive belt just slip?

What model tractor is that? Would a Husqvarna TS 348D do the job? How does it attach to the tractor?

Where are you located? I have a small lot near Old Fort in McDowell County. We spend a lot of time at Chimney Rock and Black Mountain, as well as Ashe County.
