Next they will have blue tooth sunglasses with one eye sonar display so you never have to look down

Maybe! Weather proof, sun readable screen, heat issue, ...etc. Sticking with my LVS34 for now. I'll add on when all kinks worked out.

Looks cool. As a livescope user I’d like to try this out! Thanks!

I can't wait to get my hands on this. We fish out of our little duck boat a lot for crappie on little WMA lakes. You never know if you are wasting your time in a spot and need to move. This will be a game changer.

Looks like a good idea but in reality is it practical? Weather proof tablets, saltwater, Florida sun? My iPhone overheats in the Florida sun so will a tablet. Screen brightness is an issue too. Probably will work for some.

That’s all nice and fine but, anyone with an IPhone or IPad knows how how difficult they are to read in bright sunlight or they tend to overheat & shut down altogether.

This is a great option for my boat. It’s always on the water and I have to remove everything that might be stolen when I leave it.

Great video....i thought this would be similar to Lowrance Eagle Eye 9, but, that product seems to have a much smaller cone, and no side scan. This, looks like an affordable way to get live sonar, and totally transferable. I'm very interested!!

Interested to see the power output and resources used because I used both an iPhone and iPad (different models) for years in the dugout scoring games when coaching baseball. They would work fine on cloudy days or in the Fall or early Spring. Anything over 90 degrees the iPhones and iPads in direct or even partial direct sunlight would turn off due to being too hot. Add a protective case on either and they held in the heat and crapped out sooner. Id have to sit in the corner of the dugout in the shade to really get either iOS device to work on really hot days. Definitely has potential — maybe GEN 2 or GEN 3 after they work out the kinks. Any idea on cost????

one more Queston. I just seen where that have the normal transducer, I'm assuming using the wife router you can connect both the transducer and the live transducer and toggle between them on the iPad. am i correct ?

Thanks that video. Seems to be same quality that on humminbird. Pretty bad picture after 15 meters (forward mode). Too bad but I hope they will get it better. Two years ago I waited megalive and sold it away pretty fast. Garmin is still the best on my opinion, but also most expensive

How did you end up getting one? I have been emailing them trying to get one before the release.

Looks comparable to the LVS32 for return quality. I can see the LVS34 clearly outperforms it. It would be a decent entry level system for kayaks and ice fishermen.

so now we can have our phone on a chest rig and use live sonar
