Well my weekend was just made 1000% easier! My family was fighting over tacos or burgers this weekend. I'll just make both pies. All I need is some ice cream for that chocolate pie. Yum! (I might hide in the pantry with it)

I have dozens of Impossible Pie recipes, both savory and sweet. I’ve made a few. I like the cheeseburger one, spinach one and have made coconut, cream cheese and others. They’re all good. My mom made the, frequently while we were growing up. I usually made them in my blender. Nice to know how to make your own Bisquick. I buy it and waste most of it. I’ll try the chocolate peanut butter recipe because I haven’t had this one. Thank you, Catherine.

I just made the impossible chocolate peanut butter pie! Can’t wait! I first learned of these pies back in the 70’s when my mother-in-law gave me the recipe for impossible coconut pie! Thanks Catherine! I also made my grandson Bisquick biscuits the other day. He ate 3! I forgot how great this product is!

All you need is two pie plates then you can make dinner and dessert! 😋

....I have used cut green beans, in that recipe ( The Mexican Impossible Pue ) as I did not have corn on hand, and it was good.
If using canned, drain them of course. I used Jack cheese and Crumbled Queso when I made that with the green beans, but Mozzarella will also work. I've also used various types of beans ( home cooked or canned, whatever was available) and that was good as well. My Grandmother taught me to substitute things, if one doesn't have the exact ingredient.
