Was in Wesley Chapel recently with the hopes of moving there, but the house prices (new & resale) are INSANE! A $200K house is now priced at $400K+, that’s crazy. Not to mention the rising mortgage rate.

lol 30 minute commute. Move to Phoenix. I was commuting an hour on average. One reason I'm leaving. Oh yeah...I miss grass!!! Everything is sand and rocks here.

Thank u for your Info!👍😊 I heard/Read about the Epperson Crystal lagoon tho.🌊 That's one of my big reasons for considering moving there to W C. In the coming years, it will probably be closed off to just the residents since many people will already be living there. The pandemic got a lot of folks wanting to spread out too!
