I have two friends that live in Wesley Chapel, and they hate it. The area has become so congested, the commercial and subdivision development is increasing nonstop. He said the area is "exploding", and he is right. With that explosion in development comes an explosion in traffic.

Do you automatically have access to the lagoon if you live in WC, or do you need to purchase a pass if you live outside the Epperson neighborhood?

I've noticed WC overlaps Zephyrhills and San Antonio in certain spots. Are the schools assigned, or can you select which district to attend?
