Always great content! Excited about the premiere to this one🎉!

We need a part #2.
1. Awesome content and video/drone work. Your videos are always crispy! Your brother is doing a great job.
2.Their is a awesome 55+ community in the Mirada community which is connected to the Epperson community you mentioned.
3.You mentioned PopStoke but you didn’t mention the Tampa Premium Outlets and all the amazing shopping and dinning in that area.
4.No mention of Wesley Chapel being Florida Sports coast. (Advent Health Center Ice, Wiregrass Ranch Sports complex, Wesley Chapel District Park, etc)
5. Opportunities for New Builds are abundant in Wesley Chapel. Their are so many great neighborhoods with a wide variety of price ranges.
