I did this when I was 8-9, and that time time I didn't know how to sew. This always comes off (for me) so I just decided to learn how to sew at age 10

Thank you, I have a pleated skirt from Shein and the smallest size has a waist size of 66cm and my waist size is 62cm.
My school skirt is also loose and it sits on my hips even though it sits on our waist (my trick was to get long ribbon, wrap around my waist and take the top of the skirt and fold it into the ribbon).
