for the percentage decrease, you could also use a different method e.g decrease 80 by 20%, first do 80 times 0.20 = 16, then 80-16 =64

This helped me a lot! just a bit confused how is 35% = 1.35 when 20% = 0.20?

Guys u can also do like for example increase 120 by 20% u can do 120×20÷100 and u will get 24 then do 120+24 which is 144 so the answer is 144 <3 this method might be easier <3 your welcome
