I recently discovered the building I was working in is full of mold. It has a black appearance but not sure what kind it is. The company doesn't care. I no longer work there as of 8/26. It never occured to me that the building was the source of my chronic fatigue, weight gain, dull head aches bloody nose every day while there, and hair loss. I think I would have been sicker if I didn't eat such a low inflammatory diet. I tried to start walking but could not get very far but I get a little further each time. I also bought a rebounder to help my lymphatic system and have worked up to 2mins 3x day.
