I think your cottage garden is my favorite space 😃 with the coop in the background, and all the different plants coming down the slope 😳 the solar lighting is the cherry on the cake - stunning & magazine worthy 🙌🏻

I love a cottage garden and I'm all about perennials because I'm 64 and don't want to plant annuals every single year. Thank you for showing us your beautiful garden. Love the solar lighting, too!

Such a relatable video. Sometimes you guys ( you YouTubers, lol) have such massive spaces and are doing such big projects it’s hard to relate to my suburban lot. But this is what I do…add a couple more perennials as things grow and you see space available. Thanks!

Can't get over the awesome beauty of your daylilies, David Austin Roses, & banana creme dasies! Wonderful cottage garden & thanks for sharing, Jenny!

Love that this beautiful look is mostly all perennials. Annuals definitely have their place but I find myself leaning more on perennials for a year after year show.

I think your cottage garden is my favorite bed you have. Such inspiration! Your whole property landscape is planned out, cohesive, and so tidy. I just love it. I have 38 acres my family moved to and I'm starting from bare bones. I look to you and I'm trying to copy! LOL

I agree with everyone below, love the cottage garden. I also have one, but not as nice as
yours. The slope, stairs, lights & that chicken coup, perfect.

I have a heritage rose that looks like your princess Ann. It's a huge rose bush. It blooms all spring up until the first frost of fall. On one branch in a cluster there were fourteen flowers. A beautiful pink bouquet fitting for a vase on its own. And they smell like roses, a very heavenly scent that you can catch in the air even if you're feet away from it. I didn't have the heart to cut that bunch cause they were on a large branch that was actually a new shoot that had grown rather fast from the beginning of growing season. It's coming to the end of June, my first flush of roses have come an gone, tho there's some blooming and will continue to, I dead headed what I could reach. Even tho it isn't necessary, I think it really does help them to put on another show of blooms. Right now we're getting a lot of rain, and roses don't like to be wet. The blooms turn brown quickly when they're wet all day everyday for days. Why I water below. Love my roses. But humid weather in Georgia can cause all kind of fungus and mildew on roses, so I'm careful what I buy when it comes to roses. The heritage isn't printed to these mildew issues. But I still use Neem oil about twice during the growing season. It wipes out pests you don't want, plus stops any mildew or fungus that could happen. Best to nip it in the bud, before you have a problem. Happy gardening to us all.

Jenny, those Loropetalums are clearly very happy there. I would just limb them up, instead of pruning the canopy. The tree trunks will look very sculptural and create a nice background for your cottage garden. I would transplant the sun-loving plants growing underneath them and start replacing them with more shade tolerant plants. It will look beautiful!

Cottage garden is beautiful, looks so peaceful. I love the pig and the birdhouses, and frogs on the bike. I saw that on the wind and weather website and have it in my cart. Thanks for the tour of your garden. Love it .😁

I love all varieties of agastache. My top favorite is black adder hyssop (only found them at Lowe’s 3 years ago haven’t seen twin since :/. mine gets just over 5 feet tall 3-4 wide. Butterflies and bees go absolutely crazy for it.
