The deputy was told the name, wrote it down with the wrong spelling, looked up the address using the mispelled name, and you know the rest. He never checked the actual warrant.

I don’t know how many times this happened to a lot of people. You ruined his life now and a lot of others 😩

His arrest should be expunged and he should be financially compensated. I had a friend wrongfully arrested and he lost a few jobs because of it. When potential employers do a search it showed up that he was arrested for a crime. It took thousands of dollars to finally get it off of his record.
