I had a second degree burn on my leg with bad blistering. As soon as the blistering was gone and the dead skin was removed I put 100% vitamin E oil on it twice a day for a few months. I literally have no sign of a scar or burn.

Sunflower seeds also provide sodium and potassium. I eat them everyday for a snack.

I increased my ejection fraction from 30% to 42% in 10 months by eating 120gr almonds daily. I had scar tissue on the heart after a thrombosis.
I was wondering where it came from and investigated my change in diet. I noticed that almonds have high vitamin e content.

I stayed at 30% for 2 years no improvement and 2 months after starting to eat almonds it got to 35%! Its unbelievable I did start almonds for magnesium and extra protein in first place .

Dr Berg, olives and olive oil have loads of vitamin E also, so put olives on your salad and soak it in EVOO & put some apple cider vinegar on there too. I add 2tbsp of olive oil and butter to my coffee everyday that I’m doing fat only, and I blend it with an immersion blender to emulsify the oils. Excellent source of vitamin K, A, D, & E.

I get the bulk of my vitamin E from hazelnut oil as it is tastes great with my green tea/cocoa/coconut oil/cinnamon drink.

I also make my own almond milk. I soak one cup of almonds overnight, next day take the brown skins off, put it into a blender with 3 cups of water, grind, then liquify, and strain it with a piece of muslin cloth. You can add more, or less water according to how thin, or thick you like it.

I didn't realize that juices have synthetic vitamins--I have been drinking an frozen orange juice (sugary too) to help with my potassium.  After learning about this from Dr. berg; I stopped drinking them.  Since I stopped I have lost weight.  Thank You Dr. Berg

Dr Berg, can you please tell us how much sodium, potassium, and magnesium we should be taking every day? Also, can you please tell us how you yourself get the right amounts? It seems nearly impossible to get the recommended daily allowance for potassium, so we've started using No Salt. Just want to make sure we aren't being deficient leading to problems down the road. Thanks in advance for all the information you provided us! 😊
