Aap sach me doctor ho na? Mai vitamin E capsules apne face pr use krta hu and the results are amazing. Chalo ek second k liye maan lete hai ki in capsules ko face pr use krne se koi fayda nhi hota or aap keh rhe ho in capsules ko khana chahiye. Kya apko pta hai humare daily vitamin E ki requirement kitni hoti hai? kareeb 15mg or ye ek capsule me usse kahi guna jyada vitamin E hota hai. To agr in capsules ko koi daily consume krega to chances hai ki usey koi na koi bimari ho jayegi kuki zarurat se jyada koi bhi cheez nuksan he krti hai.

Maine ye question chatGPT se bhi puchha or usne bhi yehi kaha ki face or skin pr directly apply krne k kai fayde hai. Ha capsules ko khane k mukable ye benefits km hai pr iska mtlb ye nhi ki skin pr use krne k koi fayde nhi hote. Or ha in capusles ko daily khana safe nhi hai. Baki aap kisi achchhe doctor se baat kr krk he consume krna.

Vitamin E requirement of body is 15mg/day. And Vitamin E in capsule is 400mg/day
The capsule take by orally is overdose.
And due to this you can face major issues.
Please take vitamin E as doctor's prescription.

Actually it helps to get that plumb skin and super hydrated it might not help in other things or penetrate in but it really helps to get that glowy finish talking from my own experience have used this many times
