i am not a fan of Ke Chun but i must say, his portrayal of this character set the bar high for me especially since I saw newer version of this drama!!! His heartbreak was painful to watch, excluding this scene, when (1) he was telling her not to look back when he sent her off at the airport, (2) he was drowning his sorrow after they parted and he discovered her painting behind the fluffy cloud (?) and her bff came to see him and tell him about her, (3) when he was observing her when he found her at the university painting and (4) when he was reading the report of how she lived and what she went through at her uncle's house. his heartbreak for her, his anger, his need to retaliate all while containing his emotions and reactions coz she was sleeping a couple steps aways from him on the bed. this drama sold him to me an actor, not just the handsome eye candy ML locked in fluffy idiotic romcom dramas that needs no use of a braincell to watch and understand. i adore how he owned this character

I have randomly found this drama on fb and ended up watching it because of the ML. He was so good that I had to search almost the whole internet just to know his name LoL. Tbh I have never seen any mini C-drama ML act so well with so much emotions. I literally fell in love with Ke Chun. At first I was like, his face reminds me of somebody from Korea but couldn't remember who. Eventually I remembered that he looks like Lee Know from Stray Kids 😅
