Hey Hey Robojax,
i have been watching some of your videos lately to learn about arduinos. In particular I am interested in controlling servo motors with a potentiometer and have slo watched your video about it. I have already done this with the arduino libraries but only a small SG90 servo works fine. I have tried to apply the program to a SunFounder (SF3218MG) with a 270° rotation range and an even bigger Takanawa servo. This caused the error that the servo does not move over the full range of the potentiometer but reaches its maximum angle before. Do you have any ideas or hints what I could change so that it works with the whole range?
enclosed i will send you the small program that i was hoping should work with the whole range.
I hope it is not too cheeky to ask such a special question.
With best regards
Michael

I am trying to make this by using servo HS-7955TG, arduino mega 2560, and potentiometer 1KOhm. But, the horn can not move smoothly. Is there any calculation to determine potentio spec?

is it a problem if I connect the servomotor to the 5V supply from the Arduino? Should I use a capacitor?
