A 4 day work week half days would be amazing. We could thrive, not just survive..and have time to be GOOD parents, find hobbies etc.

Meanwhile your CEO sits atop a pile of billions of dollars, kicking back and enjoying the fruits of your labor.

I wish I could survive off 40 hours a week. Nowadays overtime is normal time cause you need overtime to survive.

On top of this nightmare is the fact that it takes more and more money to "buy" an income stream - meaning the cost of education is so astronomical and the competition so fierce for the few good jobs out there. Most people are unskilled labor - doomed to work like animals until they die. This is America, land of the free.

Truth is that the United States working class is the source of the United States GNP. Without the 98% of the population that represents the current, future, and retired labor of America the United States would be a third world country . The importance to the working class doing whatever it takes to unionize nationally can't be overstated.

I work 12 hours a day and get 4 to 3 days off.

Except the increased worker productivity is not due to people working harder. It's due to things like computers and robots on an assembly line. Also, and I can't believe I have to say this, but increased productivity has nothing to do with profits.
