The demand for rental properties are dropping by 26% as reported. Rentals available increased 30% but rentals have not fallen in Auckland.
Hosing NZ builds are on hold. Delays show the finishing date for about 2 to 4 thousand dwellings. In last two months many housing nz builds gave been finished .

People shoud look at ministers expenses published . As why the PM and three other ministers need Ai app paid for by the taxpayer?

The minister of finance has allowed for reduced spending already .
( about half of the reduced number of staff would stopped being employed under Labour as the fund for their projects were stopping in June 24 already)
