So Friday I was diagnosed with TOS. Not sure which type but TOS. I did not receive any paperwork with exercises but at work Saturday I researched some exercises. A few months back I was told that I had tissue and nerve damage in both scapula. Makes sense as I have had several j0bs over the years that were physically demanding. Repetitive motion. Anyway, thank you for sharing this video. I am going to start these exercises in hopes I'll be able to keep doing them daily and work through the weakness from being diagnosed with having severe anemia as well. Thanks for sharing!

I feel like I'm doing everything and I'm still in so much pain. Pt made things worse... chriro/massage therapy has helped but after a day or 2 of relief the muscles just tighten and knot back up. What can I do? im losing my mind and all hope of getting better.

Hello, my tos is a side effect of a jaw injury /muscles compensating while my jaw was misaligned. My jaw is now fixed but I’m left with the tos. Do you think this program could help me? I wouldn’t consider myself an athlete, just a person with compromised posture and muscles being held in unfortunate positions for a long time

Then you REALLY do not have Thoracic Outlet Syndrome…. It is NOT self reversible!
