Razer wolverine ultimate. Takes a bit of time to get used to the buttons underneath (not paddles), but the extra 2 buttons next to the bumpers and triggers are just so dam good! Especially for shooters... makes it so easy to aim, ping and shoot. Another downside for some is that it is only available in a wired version.

I do like the green one very on brand for Xbox, in fact, it actually reminds me of the transparent green controller of the original.
