I had a hysterectomy. I was walking the next day. Light cooking in 4 days and in 2 weeks I was back to work. Laprascopy is a blessing

Dr when would you say its ok to return to sports like boxing, wrestling and judo? I have had mixed reports here in uk with one consultant telling me in 2-3 weeks i can start weight lifting to another saying 3 months. And ive been told 6-12 months before judo. What do you advise your patients?
