when I was a little child, I would say, "I am me", and I would get a warm and content feeling, as I got older, it was hard to get that feeling back, I think the up bringing and environment played a big part of trying to get that feeling back.

I remember sitting around "The Pool" and jumping in/through it when the feeling was right. I also remember debating if I wanted to do it again (was it worth it?), of course it is. The same body that provides so much pain and misery is also the same body that allows us to enjoy so many pleasures. May we all have enjoyable experiences and cause no pain or suffering to other living creatures.

I always remembered some stuff. I was infant and my mom had red hair. she was breastfeeding me. i remember freckles between her breasts n the taste of milk. the feeling of being attached to her was AMAZING! so sweet. this life im a middle eastern. we don’t have redhair around! and my culture doesn’t accept reincornation! but i always knew!

last night i listened to a few vids of Mr Hans and i told myself really need to listen to a new one and here is im listening to a new one this morning, Thank you Mr Hans for answering a lot of questions of my life and its simple true but we and our environment made it complicated.💝

I used to think that my long series of what I called "race among the ruins" dreams during my childhood were from someone's last memories of struggling to survive in war-torn Europe. But I've also heard that our seemingly out-of-nowhere dreams are from tapping into the consciousness of someone else during sleep, and certainly America was full of returned soldiers and refugees with PTSD during my childhood.

One don't have to remember to make thinks right and better ourselves just focuse on the people that for some reason you don't like, feel animosity etc...those are the souls you have dealt with in your past lives and the ones you have to work with, how; with love and if its too complicated for you just let them go by saying: I forgive you and I forgive myself...God bless you and now I let you go, our contract is now over.
