I had a dream a week after my cat passed away. And in my dream I knew he was dead and I grabbed his fur and felt his breath. I woke up crying sitting on the edge of my bed. Was extremely vivid. I still believe it may have been more than a dream

For me, sometimes I can remember my dreams. I've had quite a few vivid dreams throughout my life.

I remember one was about Demi Lovato at my community college for whatever reason...but as it went on, it got freaky and scary to the point that she ended up having to stay the night at my house before flying back home and my best friend also in the dream where she came out of the guest room and I gave her a look saying: "don't freak out." (this took place at my current house I live in now)...

But I had 3 dreams that were somehow connected to one another and this was back at my old house where it was the strangest thing ever where not only was there some kind of burglar there...but at one point, I see 5 dogs running through the backyard where it included Bridget and Bailey (both dogs I have) and I had that dream when my dog Bridget was still alive before she passed in 2016. It was the weirdest thing ever...and part of the scene disappears and somehow my dog caught the burglar in the dream and I don't remember if the burglar was still there when the cops finally showed up.

Now, more on the recent side: I literally did *not* watch 1 single thing that could have triggered this dream for me where it me, my brother and my high school best friend "Lilly, " (not her real name btw)...All of sudden "Lilly, " is chasing me with a water gun and we're all in swimsuits and I'm running and we're on a high-platform/rock type thing and there's some kind of lake/delta underneath us and whatever we were on top of was over 6 ft. high, but I think I ended up jumping from that height where this area was so high from the water that it would take a few minutes before the person popped back up from the water (and mind you, this is something I'd never do in real life). Also, my high school best "Lilly, " and I aren't even friends anymore where it's been 8 years since I had last hungout with her, maybe even longer than that. But what in the world would cause me to have this particular dream?

Also, sometimes what you choose to watch before going to bed/sleep can actually trigger the kinds of dreams you're capable of having that night---I know this from my own experience.

I'm blessed. I always remember my dreams. I can control my dreams too and I can fly around wherever I want as well. If I do forget a dream, it comes back to me as deja Vu.

I'm 56 yrs. old and I've only remembered 1 dream in my whole life. I was around 10 and my Mom let my cat, Smokey, outside and he never came back. A few months later I had a dream about him. We had a gravel driveway. So my dream was that I was in the middle of our driveway facing the backyard. I was bending over picking up stones from our driveway. Now it was all dark except for a small circle of light directly around me. Smokey came towards me from the direction of the backyard. He was on my right side and went to pet him but I couldn't touch him. He walked right past me. I wondered why didn't stop and let me pet him. But I figured I'd pet him later. Some time later I thought about the dream and realized I'd never see him again. I was right in a sense. We did find him, but he'd been shot with a pellet gun by a kid on the next street over. Now I know I dream as people have told me that I talk in my sleep. Usually I mumble, but sometimes I talk real clear. So I've been told.

I do. I actually got to a point where i had a dream journal and trained my brain to remember every night! Dreams are fascinating!

I remember my dreams. I also realize while in my dream that I’m dreaming. When I realize I’m dreaming I can change my dream. I dream of the same places, some I’ve been to, some I’ve never seen in real life. When something scares me in a dream, I say the Lord’s Prayer to protect me! I just asked my son if he had ever prayed in a dream. He hasn’t. When a dream is really vivid, I write it down.

I can remember my dreams most of the time. In fact over the past few years I've wrote my dreams the day after since my dreams are inspiring me to write short stories. Same thing goes for my nightmares too.
