CHILI RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
✔️ 16 oz kidney beans
✔️ 16 oz pinto beans
✔️ 16 oz sweet corn
✔️ 24 oz tomato sauce
✔️ 6 cups water
✔️ 2 tbsp chili powder
✔️ 1 tbsp paprika
✔️ 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
✔️ 1 tbsp crushed red pepper
✔️ 1 tbsp oregano leaves
✔️ 1 tbsp ground cumin
✔️ 1 tbsp ground ginger
✔️ 1 tbsp ground turmeric
✔️ 6 russet potatoes
✔️ sea salt and black pepper (to taste)
✔️ 1 yellow onion
✔️ olive oil
✔️ 2 tbsp minced garlic
✔️ 1 1/2 lb ground beef (80% lean)
✔️ 1 tbsp ground nutmeg
✔️ 2 tsp unsalted butter
✔️ 16 oz mushrooms
✔️ Worcestershire sauce
✔️ 4 jalapeños
✔️ 6 cardamom
✔️ 6 cloves

Pasta sauce for chili nothing wrong with that I've done that a few times I even use salsa or chili dog chili from a can and i can tell ya wow chili is far more spicy than i want but it was good..

Ok, no! Chili doesn't have beans much less whatever else was added. Chilies are added much sooner and whole and more. This is more like a stew must be great from where ever you are but in Texas where chili is king that is not chili.
