I think this video is generally true with some exception:
1. I dont think women reject guys because of looks, but only if you put in some baseline effort into yourself. If you are overweight, you will lose women just on that no matter what you do.
2. You are never out of your league if you follow #1, but you can be by lifestyle. Women dont want to lose lifestyle or be solely responsible for her level of lifestyle. If you are some normal joe and you are talking with a beautiful actress or model, for example, asking her out will be wasting your time because you are not in her lifestyle level. (unless she asks you out or makes it clear she clearly like you). If your target woman drives nice cars, flies around the world and has a high lifestyle and you cant afford any of those things, you are probably not going to get a yes from her. Woman like this will date and marry guys with less looks, but only if they can provide the lifestyle she is used to. (or equally contribute to it)

What destinguishes your content from the vast majority of self help or dating channels is the fact that you seem to really tried yourself to decipher what does work and what doesnt combined with the fact that you seem quite sharp and cognitively flexible. Also it does seem like you arent mentally stuck in an ideology that stains clear view and reality testing which so many people suffer from in this YT space.
But the most value comes from you really digging into the core, not just delivering superficial tips. This actually can be used to strengthen real self love and not wearing yet another mask while still providing effective techniques.

What still holds me back the most, is the believe and feeling that I am just too ugly for anyone... Which rationally I know it shouldnt be true since it doesnt matter that much and I already was called good looking by a few. But its still there paralysing me from taking action and depressing me.
I try to succeed to finally get out of my own head.
