This video saved me! My Simpson 2.4 went out and I am now looking at putting together an upgraded setup. Much appreciated!

The new build is a beast. Tested on my house. Upgrading from a 2.5 gpm to 4.5 gpm is a big difference. I ordered a cart for the pressure washer tho because I need to move it around. It's very heavy with the engine, pump and fuel

I just finished the build last night. I will be testing it tomorrow. Wish me luck.

I wish I would have seen this sooner. I already bought a pressure washer from home depot but dang I wish I had this. I want electric start. Cool build

@14:10 you are actually supposed to full the oil up to the top of the treads in the engine, you don't even need the dipstick part. in fact some ppl cut it off as it can break off and ruin the engine and its not needed.

If I get one of the cheaper 420cc off Amazon $300-$400 will the shaft fit any pump rated for 4.0-4.5gpm?

You're the man.. I wanted a low-profile setup so I can have it in my bed. I do have a question though. Being you have the option for a key start or pull start. When using the key start how does one keep the battery charged? Is there some type of alternator?

I owe you a beer sir :)

I’m interested in building this pressure washer rig. When I follow your link for the engine from Amazon it links to a 79cc 2hp unit. Can you provide additional info so I can find it?
Thanks

Very Nice ! Thank You Sir 🙏

Actually, I do have a question, Does it need a bypass hose or something ? Like to let it run when not on the trigger.

Thank You Again Sir

Question I did not see addressed in your video. Is the drive shaft a standard with all pumps? Including the mounting holes, size and location?

Is there an inexpensive 2 wheeled frame cart you might be able to recommend for this build?

I built mine using a predator 420cc, I used it for the first time last night for a gas station job and noticed my oil stick was in place but looked like it had leaked oil. Any idea as to why that happened? Also I’m worried it’ll over heat

I bought everything in the Description through amazon except the engine. Amazon was out so I bought directly from bilthard. The engine was supposed to be here Saturday. Now I'm getting the run around with no answers. You had mentioned a predator engine do you still have a link for that? Thanks

How much did you pay for the engine? I clicked the link in the description and it takes me to a 79cc and there is no 420cc. I found the same engine for 350 is that what you paid? Thanks
