I really enjoyed your explanation about therapeutic bathing. Now I’m kind of intrigued by it—and I don’t generally like baths. The last bath I took was toward the end of my last pregnancy (so about two years ago now) and I just felt kind of cold and uncomfortable. But I like the idea of using common ingredients in the bath for detoxification. Looking forward to your video or podcast on the subject and learning more!

Love how eloquently you describe not only the usage of a product but how it makes you feel. There are so many products out there that people say how much they love it for what it does but as soon as I get it I just don’t connect with it on a vibrational level. Maybe it’s just the hype of the product built up by others and I just feel let down when I don’t have the same hype for it. Anyways I love this video and you podcast as well. ❤️

So many of my favs here! I'm on my 2nd bottle of the JR Hair Serum Spray and love it even more than the first bottle haha. Rituel de Fille was a big mood during 2019 that will continue on, adore!
You touched on something that to me is very important regarding body burden... I got soooo many eye-rolls many many MANY years ago for drinking my single herb teas (nettle, dandelion, red clover, milk thistle, burdock, raspberry leaf, etc). The most annoying was "our bodies detox themselves, that's what your liver is for" . It's like give your liver/organs some damn support shesh! BUT if you mention any of those silly Instagram "flat tummy teas" they are totally on board and find those ok, since they will help you "look" a certain kinda way (allegedly).... *BIG (Capricorn Sun, Scorpio Moon/Rising, Aqua Venus, Virgo Stellium) EYE ROLL *

Ah, this was so good!! I need to try more 5Yina. Those biocellulose masks seem divine! I also want to try Pursoma, but I’m not clear on whether I can use them during pregnancy. I, too, don’t really use body scrubs anymore - I adore (!!) the Kahina Beldi Soap and kessa mitt. I use them weekly and look forward to it every week! I would love a video on therapeutic bathing!!

I’ve been eyeing the 5yina Mask for so long! Pregnancy related question: I’m 5 months pregnant and pre-pregnancy loved trying new products but now my skin type has changed and many products seem to have odd scents to me, which makes skincare less enjoyable. Even the Pai unscented stretchmark set smells off. How did you manage to “push through” to continue taking care of your skin, any product recommendations for dehydrated skin, and when did you feel like you returned to your usual skincare interest?
