I love the Earthwise Beauty Ambrosia. I mix two pumps of that and 2 drops of the Lepaar Summer Wine, then I put 2 drops of Smooth Operator on top.I like that way of incorporating both of the Lepaar oils in my AM routine.

I was literally jumping for joy when I saw your video in my subscription!!❤ After you talking about Matt Blackburn's research/studies, I searched him and realized that I was not able to listen to 2hr long podcasts. However, you pinn pointed the oatmilk, omega 3 and vitamin D3 are bad which I and my toddler started taking after seeing a naturopath doctor, now I'm freaking out!!!! Can you please make a dedicated video in depth or explain more in a nutshell? Thank you in advance!

Hi Mercedes, I’m rewatching this one, so much good info…I’ve ditched my D3 and fish oil. I’m curious though, through your research do you know if it’s okay to take the Mitolife E and K together? From what I can tell, when taken together due to the fat solubility, the k benefits may get canceled?? I can’t find anything where Matt references this, so just wanted your thoughts. Thank you! 😎
