here we go. You asked for it. Fun side note the first Eurovision contestants I saw were those Polish girls churning butter. Today we start filming the next country episodes, so in the meantime Enjoy this!

In europe instead of "i love you" we say "twelve points" and i think that's beautiful

In Europe we don't say "I hate all my neighbours" we say "twelve points to Australia"

In Europe the phrase "twelve points to the UK" is banned.

Excuse you but Finland's winning song is actually among my favourite winners, Hard Rock Hallelujah was amazing.

The Finnish entry wasn’t a joke entry. It was actually one of the best winning songs.

Quite accurate BUT you made all this seem like every act is made for a joke or some other way weird circus. Actually there are a lots of great songs and melodies and classy performances in Eurovision.

And you didn't mention moldova's EPIC SAX GUY once...

You focused on the troll part of the Eurovision, but actually there are many great artists attending it. Italy once sent il volo with the song grande amore, and Belgium sent Loic Nottet with the song Rhythm Inside. I've been a fan of both ever since.
Also, I remember in 2009 you could hear Alexander Rybak's Fairytale literally everywhere, we loved him so much here.

For the ones wondering: Australia joined eurovision because they have been big fans for a very long time, a lot of people watched it every year. In 2015 they were allowed to join for just one year, in celebration of the 60th year of Eurovision. They sent Guy Sebastian, who placed 5th. The year after, Australia asked if they could join once more and everyone said 'yes'. They placed 2nd that year.
Now, the reason they are allowed to join every year now, is because Oceania has too few countries to organise something this big.

Yes we have A LOT OF FUN! But it’s not only a joke. 90% of the songs are really good and profesionally made.

The video was okay, but I always dislike the fact that Eurovision is made out to be some kind of freak show. I mean, it kinda is sometimes, but at the same time there's also a ton of actually good music which remained mostly unmentioned in this video.

Also, I agree about the US thing. Please don't get involved.

I love how the first clip of any song was Verka, our disco ball lord and saviour

You kinda forgot to mention that among these ridiculous contestants there were some exceptional songs thru the yeas. Waterloo, Hold Me Now, Euphoria, Molitva, Fiumi di parole, Nocturne (mine all time favorite), Rändajad, Lane moje, Satelite, Nel blu dipinto di blu just to name a few.

P.S.: Australia’s host TV broadcaster SBS is part of the European Broadcasting Union and had been broadcasting Eurovision Song Contest for over 30 years that's the reason Australia was invited to participate in ESC.

Just show the acts "What is Eurovision" and "Love Love Peace Peace" with Måns and Petra from 2016. Those two acts explains this perfectly.

I thought ABBA would have got a mention for winning the competition in 1973.

You make fun of Lordi, but Hard Rock Hallelujah is actually pretty bloody catchy.

Also, you forgot Epic Sax Guy.

Too bad he only talks about the joke entries
