Can Am Ryker Vs Spyder F3: You May Not Have To Spend More To Get What You Want!

The Spyder rides a lot smoother than the Ryker! That’s why I traded the Ryder for an another Spyder for my wife. I still kept my 22 RTL. We got her a 23 S2S. She likes the Spyder better.

One more feature not mentioned is that on the Ryker if you lift up the brake peg, you can also adjust the angle of the brake pedal by pulling out and finding where you want it then push it back in and lock your brake peg back in. On a 2023 I know that works. I’m not sure about the spider. It looks like you can’t do that.

Didn’t try the Ryker, as we wanted something for touring 2 up & the Spyder fitted our needs.Not a fan of the seating position on the f3, plus my wife had issues getting on with just foot pegs so went for the RTL & we’re loving it!

Hi Peter, I live in San Francisco but commute once a month to Reno through the Sierra Nevada @ 7, 800 feet high and lots of curves.

I'm still deciding bw 900 Ryker and the 1, 330 Spyder F3-S. Do you think the 900 is good enough for the hills ? Considering the high price differential bw the two models. Storage is not an issue with me but raw power and stability are important to me. Tks for you help.
