I thought about getting one of these until I priced them. I decided to save money and buy a Ranger.

So I found one of these online. I bought it direct from Joyce the manufacturer. I take it to the outer banks beach in NC. I was excited the next morning to use it I got up
Early and picked up some fresh mullet for bait. The sun was glaring straight across the ocean as I paired the remote with the boat. Once I saw the gps start flashing I felt secure that the boat home button would work. The waves were starting to pick up a bit but it powered through most got rolled once but went up right. I thought I had heard someone yell to me so I turned around. When I looked back I could not see the boat. I immediately released bait blindly and hit home!! I’m looking and looking and don’t see the boat due to turbulent surf. I look and see a small object 40 yards past the pier. I hold home button with both arms in air and this object is not moving. Being how expensive the boat I thought quickly to weigh my life against 650$. I decided I’m a great swimmer and was going to put my phone and pocket items in hat on the beach and swim. I turn around and the boat is up on the shore. Bahahahaha I was so thankful that it must had looped around and must follow the remote and not location it was launched because it was 5ft away from me. Lucky day and the product does work!! The operator not so much…..

Attention:
The boat has NOT a 500 meter range.
The maximum range is 150 meters TOP.

The battery last maximum 2 turns of about 120 meters back and forth with LIGHT tackle in CALM conditions.

In waves the GPS does NOT hold track and the boat get lost very easily.

I have seen so many reviews on this boat that ant good buy a real bait boat or build your own it’s not hard iv built 60-bait boats from 18-inches to all most 3-feet over 20 years but not all the time and yes I fit every thing fish Finder cameras lights and LEDs and motor or motors plus shafts on a angle so water don’t get in and propeller takes less battery than jet pumps iv built one jet boat for myself and a 9-inch boat that goes in my bag just to take my hook weight and ten trout pellets when I travel light. I could easily build a boat for sea fishing I would fit brushless motors but I’m not into sea fishing at all. Just think and check any bait boat and look on YouTube before you hand over your hard earned cash .
