As someone who has mobility issues, a lot of pain, and extreme challenges, I can tell you that a friend like you can make all the difference when fighting like hell just to get back to something close to "normal." The fact that you share a love for all things RC is a huge benefit. I use Drones as a way of healing and escaping mental and physical pain and if I didn't have drones, or the ability to fly right now, that boat, crawlers, etc., would be where I would focus. Diego will be back flying, but it will take some time. He's clearly a young dude and you are helping him fight off the depression that is really damn hard to fight and the biggest threat to his ability to recover. How soon he'll be flying again depends on a lot of variables, but the fact that he's comfortable working with you and documenting it, means he knows deep down he'll one day be able to not just watch these videos as a recovered man, but he knows others going through something like he did, who may, or may not have a friend like you, will be able to at least see the potential of recovery and try some of the methods you experiment with as the weeks and months go on. Just keep it up... keep experimenting, keep crashing, keep trying, and keep laughing and the man will heal!

Diego you have my respect and prayers in your efforts. Please know that watching this video has given me hope as well. I’m 72 and suffered a stroke and am fighting arthritis and recent knee surgery have pretty much been eliminated from wading. The boat will be on my Fathers Day and Birthday list. i’m having issues with mine after changing original battery to battery 2 or 3. it will work perfectly but when boat goes 20 plus yards away, the boat turns off. any idea why it’s doing this?

You do know if you had the GPS start controller for the camera you could also have the speed the boat was going in on the video
