3 minutes of the video.. The creatures are very delicious. Very expensive in Taiwan..
Deep-fried cooking. Salt and pepper.. Served with beer.. Super enjoyment..
How to catch them: a wooden stick: a small net (10 inches X 10 inches)
Tied a piece of fish meat in the middle.. The four corners are tied with rope.. Connect the wooden stick (plug in the beach wave foot)
Patrol every 15 minutes... and then change location...

Hey cool video. I run an aquacat here in Texas. Clive is the man. Nice looking beach but thats crazy you cant drive on the beach or camp and have to navigate around all of those tourists. I imagine you get used to it, I wouldn't :)

Those cruising fish that look like sharks might be cobia. They are very similar looking in the water and that area gets big ones if I'm not mistaken. Cobia are great fighters and they're awesome on the grill.
